TERMS & CONDITIONS
Order Confirmation & Cancellation
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.
All confirmed orders are final and non-refundable.
Order Processing Time
Once payment is confirmed, order processing time is approximately 1–3 weeks, depending on the item, customization requirements, and order volume.
Shipping & Delivery
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with their order.
Once an order has been processed:
• Shipping within Qatar typically takes 2–3 business days
• Shipping within the GCC typically takes 7–10 days
• International shipping outside the GCC may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures
All delivery timelines are approximate and may vary depending on the destination, courier, customs clearance, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
Additional shipping or handling fees may apply in the case of:
• Re-delivery requests
• Orders requiring additional handling due to customer-related issues or requests
We will cover shipping or handling costs only if the issue is due to an error on our part, such as:
• An incorrect item being shipped
• A damaged product upon delivery
Delivery, Unclaimed & Abandoned Orders
If a customer does not respond to delivery attempts or fails to collect their order, the order will be held for a maximum of 60 days from the date of delivery notification.
During this holding period, additional delivery or handling fees may apply if re-delivery is requested.
After 60 days, the order will be considered abandoned.
We will not be responsible for storing, refunding, or re-delivering abandoned orders after this period.
Measurements & Fit
Please note that fit and measurements may vary depending on the design, cut, and style of each piece. While size guides provide general guidance, certain designs may have a different intended fit.
Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size or providing accurate measurements at the time of ordering, taking into consideration the specific design details provided.
Fit-related concerns resulting from design style, cut, incorrect measurements, or size selection do not qualify for refunds, exchanges, or modifications.
Product Variations
All items are carefully crafted. Slight variations in color, fabric, embroidery, or measurements may occur due to the nature of the materials and production process.
These variations are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.
Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to courier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or public holidays.

تأكيد الطلب والإلغاء
بمجرد تأكيد الطلب واستلام الدفع، لا يمكن إلغاؤه أو تعديله أو استرداد قيمته تحت أي ظرف.
جميع الطلبات المؤكدة نهائية وغير قابلة للاسترجاع.
مدة تجهيز الطلب
بعد تأكيد الدفع، تستغرق مدة تجهيز الطلب تقريبًا من أسبوع إلى ثلاثة أسابيع، وذلك بحسب نوع القطعة، ومتطلبات التخصيص، وحجم الطلبات.
الشحن والتوصيل
يتحمل العميل جميع تكاليف الشحن والتوصيل الخاصة بالطلب.
بعد الانتهاء من تجهيز الطلب:
• داخل دولة قطر: يستغرق التوصيل عادةً من يومين إلى ثلاثة أيام عمل
• داخل دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي: يستغرق التوصيل عادةً من 7 إلى 10 أيام
• خارج دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي: تختلف مدة التوصيل حسب الدولة وإجراءات الجمارك
جميع مواعيد التوصيل تقديرية وقد تختلف بحسب الوجهة، شركة الشحن، التخليص الجمركي، الإجازات الرسمية، أو أي ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا.
قد تُفرض رسوم إضافية في الحالات التالية:
• طلبات إعادة التوصيل
• الطلبات التي تتطلب معالجة إضافية بسبب أمور متعلقة بالعميل أو بطلبه
نتحمل تكاليف الشحن أو التوصيل فقط في حال كان الخطأ من طرفنا، مثل:
• إرسال قطعة غير صحيحة
• وصول المنتج بحالة تالفة
الطلبات غير المستلمة أو المتروكة
في حال عدم استجابة العميل لمحاولات التوصيل أو عدم استلام الطلب، سيتم الاحتفاظ بالطلب لمدة أقصاها 60 يومًا من تاريخ إشعار التوصيل.
خلال هذه المدة، قد تُفرض رسوم إضافية في حال طلب إعادة التوصيل.
بعد مرور 60 يومًا، يُعتبر الطلب متروكًا، ولن نكون مسؤولين عن تخزينه أو استرداد قيمته أو إعادة توصيله.
المقاسات والتفصيل
يرجى العلم أن القياسات وطريقة اللبس قد تختلف حسب التصميم، والقصّة، وأسلوب القطعة. وعلى الرغم من أن دليل المقاسات يُعد مرجعًا عامًا، إلا أن بعض التصاميم قد يكون لها أسلوب لبس مختلف.
يتحمل العميل مسؤولية اختيار المقاس المناسب أو تزويدنا بالقياسات الدقيقة عند الطلب، مع مراعاة تفاصيل التصميم الموضحة.
لا تُقبل طلبات الاسترجاع أو التبديل أو التعديل المتعلقة بالمقاس أو طريقة اللبس الناتجة عن التصميم أو القصّة أو اختيار المقاس أو القياسات غير الدقيقة.
اختلافات المنتج
جميع القطع مصنوعة بعناية. قد تحدث اختلافات بسيطة في اللون أو القماش أو التطريز أو القياسات نتيجة طبيعة المواد وعملية الإنتاج.
تُعد هذه الاختلافات طبيعية ولا تُعتبر عيوبًا.
التأخير خارج نطاق مسؤوليتنا
لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي تأخير ناتج عن ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: تأخير شركات الشحن، التخليص الجمركي، الأحوال الجوية، أو الإجازات الرسمية.
